Payment Options
Payment is expected at the time of the service.
Payment arrangements for emergency services must be made with the office at time of service.
We do not bill insurance directly, you pay for your services, you then submit a claim for your insurance company to reimburse you.
You may pay with cash, check, credit card, or money order.
We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express, or Care Credit.
